There are many ways you can lend your time and/or talent.  We know it’s all about fitting it into our busy schedules – there are times/activities that simply work better for you.  Please review the list of example PTA events below and review the links to submit your interest in volunteering or see what current needs there are!

Here is a list of events that generally take place throughout the school year:

  • Back-to-School Family Social (September):
    • Pre-event shopping (on your schedule), Set-up, Support during event, clean up
  • Trunk or Treat (October):
    • Pre-event shopping (on your schedule), Set-up (after school), Support during event, Post-event decorations breakdown & general cleanup
  • Scholastic Book Fair (December):
    • This is held during the school-day and volunteers are mostly needed to help kids purchase books (selection & budget).  Help is also needed for setup.
  • Bagels, Books and Brunch (Saturday morning during Book Fair)
    • Pre-event shopping, Setup, Serving during event, Cleanup
  • Holiday Gift Fair (December):
    • This is held during the school-day and volunteers are needed to help the students select gifts and help manage their budget.  A flyer will be sent with a schedule of class times, so you can volunteer when your child is shopping.  We also need help with set-up, which usually happens after school hours/early evening.
  • Diversity Night (January)
    • Pre-event shopping (on your schedule), Set-up (after school), Support during event, Post-event decorations breakdown & general cleanup.
  • Movie Night (February)
    • Setup, Serving Pizza during event, clean-up
  • Fun Fest – During the Day (June)
    • Pre-event shopping (on your schedule), Set-up (during school hours), Serving during event, ticket booth, Post-event breakdown & general cleanup.
  • Spirit Wear (Seasonal)
    • Help sell St. Cloud themed items at various PTA events.
