The St. Cloud PTA uses an online communications platform called Member Hub to communicate with families and faculty of St. Cloud Elementary School. (This database is separate from the database maintained by the school district. You need to be registered with both.)
- Email blast functionality — used to send PTA notices to families
- An online family directory — great to planning playdates and parties
- An online school store — where you can purchase your PTA membership and spirit wear
- PTA calendar —to keep up with PTA activities and events
- Links and key contacts for St. Cloud school
Once approved by PTA admin, you will have access to the student directory, online school store and other information from the PTA. Update your info (children, grades, teachers) in our database.

Volunteer with the PTA
We need volunteers for long- and short-term assignments, including one-time efforts like: event set up, baking, shopping, as well as leadership on bigger projects, such as: chairperson for Diversity Night or the Scholastic Book Fairs.

Become a Class Parent
Class Parent Representatives are needed for each class in each grade to assist the teacher with special activities and help with PTA functions. There are two (2) Class Parents per classroom. A Class Parent helps keep the communication flowing through the school and is a great way to be a part of your child’s school experience.

All data is viewed and passed using SSL encryption. You will have the option to control the visibility of your data within the platform. If you are asked for teacher information during sign up, leave it blank as you are not likely sure of teacher assignments at this time.
